Before building our house, we met with five different builders before deciding to move forward with BB&D. Ben did not shy away from me being an architect – in fact, he took on every challenge with excitement and a positive attitude. There were a few details and materials used that were not common but that work was coordinated and produced with the same level of quality as the rest of the house. The subcontractors all displayed a high level of workmanship and we worked closely with Cassie to select almost all of the finishes along with many other building elements. Cassie’s knowledge and expertise was invaluable and helped us make decisions to align with the construction schedule. Michael pushed the subcontractors to the finish line and there was no task he would not take on. Michael helped us make many decisions and he has a keen eye for detail. From preliminary estimating to punch list, the BB&D team does it all at a high level….and they are fun to work with!
