Our Approach

Booth Building & Design is an award winning luxury custom home builder that has been serving Northwest Arkansas since 2005. From building dream homes to investment properties, the BBD team has a variety of experience to get your build done with integrity and excellence. Our desire with every project is to treat it as if it were our own.

The Design Process

Pre-Build

  • House Plans - Consultation on architectural details and plans.
  • Floor Plan - Space planning and design consultation.
  • Overall Design Scheme - Concept development with Power Point presentation.

Rough In

  • Exterior Selection - shingles, fascia, soffit, brick/stone/stucco/hardie, paint, columns, wood details, ceilings of porches and patios, shutters, outdoor kitchen, etc.
  • Electrical Plan - Assistance with fixture and component design, including jobsite walk through with electricians.
  • Fireplace - Materials selection.
  • Plumbing - Fixture selection assistance at local plumbing vendor showroom.
  • Cabinetry - Design consultation for cabinetry design alongside Rob Morgan.
  • Trim & Closets - Jobsite walk through with trim carpenters to plan all trim details and closet design.
  • Stairs - Consultation on stair parts and design.

Finishing Stage

  • Paints and Stains - Selection assistance and production of Paint Schedule for painter. Jobsite visit(s) to view and select stain samples done by painter.
  • Wallpaper - Selection/pricing/ordering. Management of wallpaper installer on site when needed.
  • Countertop - Selection assistance with visit to slab vendors.
  • Tile - Selection including shower design and drawings. Jobsite visit with tile installer and management of install questions.
  • Wood Flooring – Selection of materials and oversight of installer at job if needed.
  • Carpet - Selection including managing carpet installer on site as needed.
  • Lighting - Selection of fixtures and on site management of lighting install with electricians.
  • Hardware - Selection including doors, closets, baths and cabinets. On site direction of hardware installation.
